  1. Bring it in

    Pop into a participating store with your device, the charger if you have it, and your ID.

  2. We check it

    Staff run through the screen, body, battery and functions, and confirm it isn't blacklisted.

  3. Accept the offer

    You see a firm offer before anything changes hands. Say yes, or take your device home. No pressure.

  4. Spend it at the till

    Your credit comes as a code and a QR. Spend it today, or keep it in My trade-ins for later.

Won't switch on? Bring it anyway. Devices with no trade-in value are recycled responsibly by Close the Loop, at no cost to you.

    We check your ID and record every trade-in, as the Act requires. Reported-stolen devices are turned away.

  • Reused or responsibly recycled

    Working devices are refurbished for a second owner. The rest are recycled properly, so nothing ends up in landfill.
